From an Uber passenger last week, a real estate attorney of 35 years’ standing, when I asked his opinion of the massive economic growth in north Texas:
“What can I tell you? We’re in Year 9 of a 5-Year Growth Cycle.”

Oops…..Sounds like a Bubble!
Askeptic, I would agree, except for one thing: the normal economic cycle really isn’t designed to explain
a) a technological revolution which allows more people to work from anywhere,
b) a political party, with control over states / cities that had a fairly well funded population with the resources and ability to move, taking their resources with them, finally going batshit crazy enough to supply the motivation.
Hopefully a majority of them will remember why they left and vote accordingly. Otherwise, the bubble will be popped.
