Until they’re punished, and hard, they will learn nothing. They will pat themselves on the back and claim their own actions are what saved the day.
Paper in various stages of processing and grocery store items are two of the more common items I haul out here on the road. Dispatch is already even more chaotic than usual, with more cancelled loads and missed delivery times. I imagine things will get stranger before anything gets back to “normal”.
