It’s not often we get Easter and Pesach on the same weekend because of that calendar thing, but here we are.

Nope. Christianity started with the Julian, then later changed to the Gregorian calendar, which were both different from the Hebraic. So now the dates coincide only every few years or so.
They are synched up, if you’re Orthodox.
Oh! and Happy, (and Healthy), Easter back to you and your family.
