For some strange reason I think the HRC meme has things back asswards.

As you can imagine, Tabby went nuclear creating quite a mess.

Could be. HRC has probably only had a few insertions (Bill, Webb Hubbell, maybe Fidel Castro), whereas the starlet probably had that many before turning 18, and the count still continues.
