There’s a good reason why the Republicans are often called “The Stupid Party.” All too often, they lose their nerve and rather than run somebody with fire in the belly, they dig deep into their bench of good ole go-along-get-along nebbishes who couldn’t get out the vote if they used a bullhorn and a prybar.

Dinesh D’Souza has a great bit about explaining american politics to his friends and family in India. The Democrats are the evil party doing evil things while the Republican party is the stupid party doing stupid things. When they work together we get stupid and evil legislation that hurts the American people.
