I think that if we’re going to go with the oh-so fashionable demand for “equity” among the sexes, that the 12 least offensive of the above should be taken off the list and replaced with the 12 most egregious female criminals at large, regardless of the severity of their crimes.

Based on my Britbox viewing, blacks are way under-represented on this list. Based on that same viewing, you would think that 1/4 of the Brit population was black. And at least 1/8 of the population is some form of queer.
OTOH, that list is “successful” fugitives. So consider that maybe black and female criminals just aren’t smart enough to get away and hide. They’ve already been caught.
But the cynic in me says that the Brit police just plain aren’t interested in catching blacks and women, so they don’t put them on the list in the first place. After all, they don’t have time to catch black muslim murderers and groomers; they have too many white people to investigate for making rude tweets.
I hope you’re not serious about taking TV shows as indicative of the actual population. Actual statistics are easy to find:

Roughly 86% white (80% British, 6% other white), 12% non-white (3% black, the rest “Asian”, which in FGB mostly means middle-eastern and south Asians), and 2% mixed or other (Latinos?).
So a random selection of 24 Brits would have 3 non-whites, at most 1 of them black. Even ignoring all the light brown people (some of whom _could_ be well-tanned Englishmen), I see at least 5 darker than a paper bag or Halle Berry. I doubt that British policing is that tilted against the melanin well-endowed.

On the contrary, I was poking fun at the promotion of minorities, especially black, asian, and queer, in television, movies, and commercials. Not just the Brits; American commercials seldom have white couples any more.
One of my favorite Brit cop shows has recently had a black lesbian murderer, and also a trans “victim” of abuse. In previous seasons, they played around with a dwarf or midget detective for a while. Super intelligent gurl power in a small package!
The part about Brit police targeting tweeters over groomers is real, though.

I’ve recently started watching British cop shows etc on Britbox. The over representation of the melanin enhanced is astounding.
