Note the beam over the door.
It spans the opening, carries the weight of the stone above AND the roof.
The mutt.

Keep popping up stuff like these Fearnley paintings. The last time you featured him, I tracked down a whole collection of his stuff online and saved the images for a great screensaver slideshow. Can’t be showing that boring Microsoft junk, can we?
That’s good enough to be a framed poster, perhaps in a garage. What’s especially nice about it is the wonderful, golden-lighted nostalgic atmosphere Fearnley has done many times in the past.
