We had our first cold-ish snap of the season last Wednesday… 49°F when New Wife went off to work. Sure as hell beat the 85°F at the same time during the week before.
I think that’s the view from my in laws house across the street. The land slopes down towards a stream/river branch and there is a small cattle farm across the way. Every so often you can hear a cow moo. They have a couple of acres for their large garden and chicken coop.
I have never been much for wallpaper on my desktop, preferring a basic solid color background. Still, that’s a nice image and, probably, very calming. I expect I will see much more tranquil posts from you for the remainder of the season.
