One of the last two should be a good basic statistics course and, (bias alert) being a science teacher I suggest Science I (how to design and evaluate an experiment…not the B.S. ‘hands on’ crap we’re usually presented with teaching. That is, the true scientific method along with how to read a science paper…it’s not what you think. Science II….. (after the basics of Biochemistry in-order to have a better understanding of how it’s being applied to medicine) and Cellular Biology they should be taught Ecology and how its precepts are applied (or usually misapplied) to public policy.
