Surrendering to an enemy is not always a bad thing. Sometimes, your position is hopeless, and continuing the struggle is not only pointless but perhaps ruinous — loss of life, loss of country, whatever.
But surrendering to an enemy when you have won? That, my friends, takes a lot of doing. Try this for an example of the latter:

New law needed in the USA
1 – No masks of any kind allowed for mug pics, ID’s, drivers licenses etc. don’t like it? Then go to another country and fuck off.
2 – All criminals upon entering jail will have a daily diet of ham sandwiches at least 2 to 3 times a week. The rug heads can either get over their bullshit religion or starve. Either way I don’t give a shit these vile assholes can go and fuck themselves.

When I get my drivers license renewed and they take a new picture I have to take my glasses off so there is no glare from the flash that might obscure the pik.
So what is the reason for the mug shot if not to show what the perp looks like? That judge needs to be dragged.

Has no one said that in the second, “adequately covered” mugshot, she could be Omar Sharif? (I know the dude’s been dead awhile, so that’s another vector of resemblance. Everyone in Great Britistan should wear the same headcovering for their next Driver’s License photo. In America I would claim equal protection under the 14th Amendment and let them sue. The photos have a purpose or they do not.
