Be Still, My Beating Heart

From the Trump Administration:

Attorney General Pam Bondi warned against committing acts of vandalism or terrorism against Tesla products or other Elon Musk-owned properties.

Bondi said those committing those acts would face the full brunt of federal law enforcement without the possibility of plea agreements.

That thumping noise you hear is that of my heart, having burst right out of my ribcage, doing a

around the house.

  1. Tesla has activated the surveillance mode on all Tesla’s. Thats the mode that uses all the cameras and sensors used during self driving to detect and record movement. ( The cameras and sensors are already installed in the cars and trucks, even if you didn’t check the option box, they just weren’t activated. ) In other words, anybody who approaches a Tesla anywhere over that next several days / weeks will be recorded and the image up loaded to the cloud. even if the car is unsold and just sitting in a dealer lot somewhere. They are all basicly armed and Alarmed. The Car alarm won’t sound but you will be recorded. Don’t know how much the mages of a masked 20 year olds in a hoodie will help in prosecutions but I suspect there will be enough useful idiots that forgot to wear a mask and hoodie to make Tesla Takedown day somewhat entertaining.

    1. I’ve recently seen several of online videos of Teslas being vandalized, with amazingly closeup videos of the perps doing the damage, and their subsequent arrest. I was wondering how those vids came about, and you just answered that – Thanks!
If justice prevails, the assholes will do jail time and pay thousands to tens of thousands in restitution to repair the damages. Getting key scratches out of a stainless steel Cybertruck will be very, very expensive.

  2. give them the deal that if they plead guilty to the full charges, they’ll get the maximum sentence and fine but they’ll receive an extra dessert once a week while they are in prison.

  3. I don’t mean for this to be as threatening as it sounds, but whatever the anarchist clowns come up with on International Tesla Butthurt Day, here’s some advice for AG Pam Bondi. At some point in #47’s administration, something may happen that will slow his momentum in the race to MAGA. Don’t let you be that buzzkill. “Full extent of the law” means just that. Not a day less on sentence, not a dollar less on fine and restitution. Public perp walks. Public trials. No probation. No “time off for good behavior”. None of this probation for first offense b.s.

    1. Doesn’t sound at all threatening to me, unless “common sense” and “reasonable expectations” have suddenly become threatening speech.
