3) 1957 Chevrolet Cameo
Connie Britton
4) 1957 Studebaker Silver Hawk
Mariska Hargitay
5) 1950 Willys Jeepster
Emma Stone
6) 1957 Ford T-Bird

9) 1959 Cadillac Eldorado

10) 1957 Chevrolet Corvette

There ya go. Your choice in Comments. Mine will appear on Monday.
Sarah Shahi in the T-bird for me.
Scrolling down, I was thinking “man, Kim’s making this one hard, er, I mean difficult”, until I reached Ali Larter and the Chevy … ding, ding, ding! Have you seen her in Taylor Sheridan’s Landman on Paramount? Holy criminy, she has aged well.
(If Ali were busy, then Sarah Shahi or Jennifer Morrison would do, I suppose.)
I’ll do the eastern route in the 58 Chevy. It had AC for an option and a big enough trunk I could lock bat shit crazy Winona in it and not feel guilty.
scully
Another vote for Sarah and the T-bird!
I don’t suppose I can get a Nash-Healey and the young Eva Marie Saint?
No.
I’ve got to agree with most of the comments above. I’ll take the T-Bird and Sarah Shahi.
Aside from Gillian Anderson and Winona Ryder, I don’t know these women at all.
+1 JQ
I’ll take Ms. Ryder and the Impala.
Hey .. where’s Amy Adams in this list? Huh?
I concur with JC in PA … T-Bird & Sarah Shahi. Oof.
Will Ashley Graham even fit in the ‘vette? Still, would be interesting to try.
Kim, for your next iteration of this piece, I humbly suggest you consider a Packard Caribbean convertible for one of the rides. I’ll leave the choice of the fine femme companions to your keen eye.
I’ll go with the Jeepster & Emma Stone.
If she’s anything like the characters she plays, I think Sarah Shahi would insist on driving. I hope you guys are fine with being the passenger.
I’ll go with the Eldorado on the East coast trip. Although I don’t know the woman, but that flaming red hair says probably a problem…. No,,,,,make that definitely a problem for a road trip since my normal time Miami to Boston is 2 1/2 days
Ms. Morrison and the Willys. I know JUST enough about 1950’s cars to strongly suspect ALL of them will be sources of misery, and Ms. Morrison has a twinkle of mischief in her eye that makes me think she’d be a lot of fun.
Have to do the left-coast with Ali in the ’56 Chev. She is so toxic (in Landman) but would be lots of excitement and fun.
Sorry but having seen Ms Anderson at several conventions I have to think that picture is pure AI. In real life she is a gooey slightly overweight ginger. I’ll pass.
“gooey slightly overweight ginger”
Stop trying to turn me on, you rapscallion.
Can I get Mariska in a Golden Hawk(with the blown engine)?
What part of “no substitutions” was not clear?
How much room in a 57 Corvette? Not sure me and Miss Graham would fit.
This one was easy. The ’56 BelAir and Ali Larter. I know several good places to stop on PCH so I am sure a good time will be had by all.
Myself would be the Corvette with the Brunette. I am sure she would be more than I could handle, and the car would be a nice ride. Good enough for John Wayne, good enough for me.
The ’59 Caddy and Diane Neal. And on one of the days of the trip, she has to dress like the prim and proper prosecutor she plays on “Law and Order.”
Sans underwear.
A man with imagination. I approve.
Hard to pick this one. I’ve listened to Ali and Ashley being interviewed and think they wouldn’t be dreadful company. Sarah is gorgeous. But I’m going with the dark horse because I think Connie Britton would be a fun hang. The cars just make it more fun.
And I just read her Wiki page. Looks like I would be wrong.
