A psychology student has been arrested for a hate crime after allegedly hurling anti-Semitic slurs at three Jewish children before spitting on one in Brooklyn last week.
Christina Darling, 21, was arrested on Friday and has been charged with aggravated harassment as a hate crime, endangering the welfare of a child and menacing [behavior].
In the video, the St Francis College student can be seen stomping up to an eight-year-old boy playing with two of his younger siblings – aged seven and two – and launched into an anti-Semitic tirade before spitting on him.
‘Hitler should have killed you all. I’ll kill you and know where you live,’ she yelled.
See, I don’t buy the “hate crime” thing at all, but spitting at someone is classed as assault, and a minor felony, ergo this unpleasant little virago deserves some kind of punishment…
…which, under the reign of World-Emperor Kim would be that she be exiled for one year to live in Israel — Jerusalem, preferably.
The NYGovt could pick up the tab, which would be less than keeping her incarcerated.
I’m a big fan of building some pillories or stocks for the town square or other public space. Put the criminal in them with a sign around their neck with their crime printed on it. Of course some crimes would entail the local government to provide rotted produce in baskets near the stocks so that the local citizenry could pelt the perps. $5 a throw perhaps.

What do you have against Jerusalem? It’s a relatively modern (for the region) cosmopolitan large city with lots of amenities and stuff to do. Lots of young hip young people etc.
No, find some dinky little town, preferably near the Palestinian Territories, and make her live THERE for a year.

Like you, Kim, I don’t buy “hate crime” either – what that really is , is a thought crime. And in this country we don’t – or shouldn’t – punish people for thoughts. A person has a right to be a racist asshole, if he/she likes.
However, the spitting is a battery (generally not an assault, though the terms are often used interchangeably) and the “I’ll kill you” etc. qualifies as a criminal threat. The ACTS are punishable; the thoughts behind them are not.

If the father of one of the tykes, would have been present and decided on a little impromptu justice, what would have been the result? Being NYFC he would have been prosecuted, because, “we cant have this kind of vigilantism on our streets”.

why foist her onto the Israelis? Send her to the Palestinian area or some other place where the Cult of Peace reigns supreme.
