“I am not saying lefties are all Nazis, of course. I am only saying Democrats should end the charade and call themselves the National Socialist Party.”

I used to think they were Socialists, too: these days I am of the opinion that they’re Anarchists.
Most that I speak with just want to destroy Western values based upon the Judeo-Christian ethos.
I call them the racist Democrat death cult because they check all of those boxes. They can be accurately described as socialists, communists, fascists or any other sect of totalitarian. They’re all just slightly different flavor of the same shit sandwich of oppression with only the party insiders having any bread.
And if they did fess up, they would argue to death that the Nazis were neither nationalist nor socialist nor a party, or that they had anything to do with the fascist signature mixed economy “third way” politics.
Their masks have come off (slipped off or torn off, doesn’t make any difference), but they don’t want to admit that they’re socialist and communists because “progressive” and “democratic socialist” sound so much nicer and friendlier. It’s all about the charade, until they have permanent control.
All the ‘lefties’ are Statists. There are four major sects of Statism; Progressives, Socialists, Communists, and Fascists. Rather like the differences between Southern Baptists and Southern Methodists, the members of the individual sects can feel rather strongly about the differences…and outsiders have a hard time telling what they might be.
So, it isn’t that they are Nazis. It’s that it’s hard to tell the difference.
An easy way to tell the difference between Southern Baptists and the United Methodists: the Baptists are the ones NOT flying the “pride” flags from the front of the church.
